Hello Everyone
I have been battling with the CSA for 10 years now,and been to the Parliamentary Ombudsman twice.

Some basic advice when dealing with this mob.

Never speak with your case officer.Always ask to speak with a CRO...Complaints Resolution Officer...take their name and direct number.Find out the direct number to the Senior Resolution Team at your local CSAC.

Familiarise yourself with the Debt Enforcement Guide and Financial Redress section on the DWP websites.

Am I allowed to post direct links on here?

You must get your MP involved and get to know their assistant well,as they do all the groundwork. All correspondence via MP,becuase we all know how they "lose" paperwork.

Start the complaint procedure...bypass ICE and then put in Parliamentary Ombudsman complaint.

This is not exhaustive, but hope it helps.

There is also a website...type NACSA uk in google and it will come up.There is a wealth of information on there.
