I've been flying back and forth every month for the past 5 months. 20h trips.
I'm heading back soon and its not looking good.
I need your advice in wether to stay and bring in the children for christmas as they have a long break?
We were lucky to have a long summer together as a family with all the grand children around him. Mine are the youngest and they came home in august prepared they might have said their last goodbye. My dad too.
We think 3 weeks in the same house at this stage is just too much for them. Not sure my poor mum would cope with the emotional pressure either. I'm also flying home to support her not to burden her. She is the sort that will feel it is yet another burden but wont say. Effectively we do have other family support for fun but will all be heavy. We are in a transition year and might move next summer. I just want them to remain carefree. That in itself is already starting to play on their minds.
Has anyone has experienced this?
Please, any advice either way most welcome. I need to hear experiences. Very lost.
Thank you
