Will I be happy in Happy Valley (HK)?

I need to leave China for 31 days this summer as we have been here for 5 years. We are spending 2 weeks in Borneo and the remainder in HK as DH's company has an office there.
We will be in a serviced apartment with a pool in Happy Valley but don't really know the area. Anyone have any info?
Have been to HK a few times and done most of the touristy stuff (Disney, Ocean Park, Peak, Lantau, Star Ferry, Wetlands park, Stanley). Am happy to revisit these areas but does anyone have other recommendations? My children are 7 and 13 so we are pretty flexible.
Thanks

Hi!
Happy valley is an easy location. Its the hills above the racecourse. Its residential but still has a "village life" (you can walk to cafes, delis etc?)
Its an easy 10mn into central and the hiking trails and beaches are also just 10-15mn away.

5 weeks is a long enough time that you could register the kids into a weekly sports program at one of the international schools?would help you establish a routine.
Lots of sports, but also arts, surfing, sailing etc?
