Shared Equity Home Ownership Information Swop needed urgently

A while ago I posted a very long story about my family's involvement in the purchase of a London shared equity keyworker property, and received some helpful replies.

I have been trying to seek legal advice, help, some 'buddying up' with others in similar situation to us for over a year, and am desperate to try to find out what other people may have experienced.

Just to be clear, I have gone through both the Citizens Advice Bureau, and an independant solicitor and neither party 'want to touch it' as shared equity is such a relatively new home owning project.

If there is anyone out there who would be willing to get in touch, please do. I'm sure my previous post about our situation is still on the board (sorry I'm not able to post a link to it, not sure how!).

The newspapers/media route is a tempting prospect, but would severely damage the delicate relationship we have with the other part-owners, so I'm trying to find people through the internet.
