Damaged a car

As the title says. I was jogging with double buggy and going down a narrow pavement my son sticks foot out and knocks a car making buggy collide with car resulting in a very long deep scratch to car. I will happily pay for the damage but the car is a 10 plate and belongs to a local dealership who are getting a quote from their bodyshop am i within my rights to insist on another couple of quotes from other body repair places? Also most importantly this car was parked on a single yellow line and there are no parking restriction signs up which as far as im aware mean no parking between working hours, the road this car was parked along is access only for this dealership and a vets and he was parked outside the dealership and it was 9.30am. As i said my fault will happily pay but knowledge is power if they get unreasonable!

I suggest when you talk to them you insist that as it is their bodyshop doing it that it will be at trade rates won't it?

Thes rest (ie, where parked and when is irrelevant if annoying) as you admit you caused the damaged (albeit accidentally).
