My ex has a child contact order so by the time me my partner & son go away he'll be seeing his son on a wednesday evening & all day saturday. We have a holiday booked in this country, so not abroad, can my ex stop me from going? Will i have to travel back on the wednesday evening so he can see his son then be back again for the saturday visit? HELP!

If you are ordered to make your son available then that is what you have to do, legally.

However, if you explain that you have a holiday booked and preferably offer replacement contact then your ex would look very unreasonable if he kicked up a fuss about it.
