I did a bit of Meckenzie friending when i was a law student.
A mf is not allowed to speak in court. I could only take notes and speak quietly to the defendant, suggesting things for them to say. Anything more active than that will get a mf told off by the judge and possibly chucked out of court.
I dont understand what you mean by interfering on who can be in the house- can you explain a bit more?
Do you have anyone helping with your case?

A McKenzie Friend can say what his/her client's wishes are but they have no power to make you do anything.
