Bit stressed , connected to my neighbour , won't go into details but there is threat of a warrant of entry and I'm worried about me getting locked in/out the house or Sen dd getting home before me to a locks changed door.

When my neighbour was evicted they just changed the lock on his door, not the communal door. Assume you are in a flat?

Yes in flats.
They aren't evicting him it is a money matter. I'm assuming a locksmith can gain entry and secure without having to actually change lock?.

Just looked it up. It is possibly a threat rather than something that will actually happen. The way I read it is that the baliff will have to apply to the magistrates court, your neighbour will have agreed to give up his goods and be inside the premises refusing entry before they can use a locksmith to break in.
