Hi, not sure what is possible, if anything, but DH very kindly bought me a bag at airport today but it's not really a style is get a lot of use from. As it was expensive is hate it to be 'wasted' but we don't know if it's even possible to exchange given he won't be back in that airport again? Anyone know how this works? Thank you.

Bloody autocorrect, read all the 'is' as 'I'd'

Which store? Why don't you all them and ask? If they will only offer an exchange then could you look online and see if there is anything else you would like?
Is you DH travelling through the same airport anytime soon?

Sorry, I see that you have already said that he won't return to the airport

If it was from a store with a high street presence, suggest you call or contact HQ and ask: I can't see why you wouldn't be able to exchange it for something else

Thanks. I think beside us they only have an area in a larger store rather than having their own store which I thought might make it more difficult but I'll give them a call.

Good idea. They might at least be happy to swap.

Good luck, let us know what happens. Wink

No luck, said it would have to be bought with them ?? thankfully I didn't say I didn't like it as wanted to find out options first so maybe I'll grow to like it. Just hate the thought of wasting money

Can you call the shop at the airport?

It's in a different country so nothing we can do about the airport sadly. I don't want to be ungrateful as it was very thoughtful.

If it's expensive then might it still be worth mailing it back?
Depends on the country I suppose.

Found a store in Edinburgh but they can't help as it was bought in airport, if it had been a store it would have been fine.
