Hi,

Quick question.

Could a residency order be granted by a court with the absence of one of the parents (with PR) furthermore could the order be granted without that parent being informed by the court or other authorities?

Thanks in advance

At one point I asked my solicitor what would happen if my Ex failed to engage with the court process. He seemed pretty certain that an order would be granted even if Ex never engaged.
