Child Arrangements Order Application - Errors on Form

Hi,

My ex has applied to the court for a child arrangements order and I have received the C100 form in the post today.

The dates of birth of both our son and myself are incorrect on the form. Do I respond to the application opposing the hearing as I am not the parent of a child born on the date listed or should I contact the court/ex's solicitor and ask them to rectify the error and issue new paperwork ?

Thanks for any advice.

Not worth opposing it unless you are genuinely sure it is for the `wrong' child. You will likely just be seen as being awkward.

As lostdad says.
These things happen. They shouldn't but the court isn't going to require any fresh paperwork to be issued: it'll just write the correct details on the file-jacket at the first hearing. Slack; annoying; insulting even. But not fatal.
