I hope I've got the subject correct.
Can anyone explain this to me?
If I dispute ownership and it goes to court, high court I've read?? If I lose, as the claimant, what's costs am I likely to incur?
I'm owed enough so certainly don't want to be picking up costs.

It depends what you are disputing ownership over. If you lost, as the claimant you would incur a lot of court fees. You said high court so assuming it's not a small amount of money we're talking so assuming you have got a good deal of acceptable evidence then it would probably be worth going to court. If you're not sure about what you need to do, get researching.

Here's a link to a property dispute to give you a scary idea of how wrong it could go if you lost:

It's only a very small amount. The high court thing did concern me but was only what I read on the internet hence my post for advice really.
No property involved and the goods for dispute of ownership is a vehicle.
