My H left me a few months ago. As I'm a mature student for the next 1.5 years we agreed that I would stay in the house (in both our names) and pay the mortgage. I have enough to do this. Once I've left university and got a job we would divorce and sort out assets.
What I'm concerned about is if the mortgage company knew this is the situation would they be able to force a sale because of my student status?
