My friend is purchasing a property abroad ( Cyprus) and needs to provide a Criminal Records Check.. does anyone in MNL and know the best place to get one , as an individual instead of as a representative of a school/ organisation ?

You can get a basic disclosure from Disclosure Scotland (www.disclosurescotland.co.uk) regardless of where you live in the UK.
