If any of you have had a bad experience with NYAS could you please share this with me.
I am looking to take my complaint to my local MP now. Some of you will know that NYAS are not regulated by anyone apart from the 'Charity Commission' and they can't do anything regarding internal procedures or policies.
If any of you would be happy for me to share your experiences with my Local MP to see if we can make some chanhges then please let me know.

In what way do you seek to change them? They represent children within court proceeings. If you have a complaint about the way they have acted, did you not take it up with the judge?

I've only had one case with NYAS and found them to be exemplary - they were extremely even handed and professional.

What do you want to complain about?
