Are there any legal eagles around? We are middle of major compensation case for personal injury which may go to trial around aug/sept.

Does anyone know if Ken Clarke gets his new proposals through, will it affect cases already ongoing?

Its only a proposal at the moment and drafting and ratifying new laws take forever so I would think you are safe.
