Cyst pain.. have pcos.. getting me down.

Hi all just looking for some advice really.
Got diagnosed with PCOS when I was 15.. im 23 now but it's causing me no end of problems. Had bloods and internal done on 12th this month and showed slightly high testosterone and that I ovulated (yay) bit still no period and negative tests. I have a dull ache in the middle of my lower abdomen and in my lower back, loose stools (sorry) and generally feeling like cap. Waiting for the doctor to phone me back as they have no appointments (surprise surprise) I thought I was pregnant but I think it's just a cyst playing up. Can I request surgery?! It's getting me down.
