Advice about endo and ttc

Please bear with my as this will be long.
I am 33 and have endometriosis, which was diagnosed by lap in 2010 and had another lap to remove the cyst from my ovary and laser off the adhesions. The lap was only done to investigate fertility issues as we were ttc from 2008. I was then put on zoladex for 6 months to prevent further endo growth and was then given clomid but this was given to me by another consultant but my consultant did not think this would help and referred us for IVF. I had initial tests for IVF and then an appointment with the consultant, who said that my ovarian reserve was low and therefore chances of successful treatment were low as a result of this. However, she said we could have one round of IVF on the NHS. A couple of months after this we conceived naturally and DD is now 2. We had been ttc for 4 years. My initial blood tests showed low progesterone and my GP said I had not ovulated but said this would be different each month.
We are now ttc#2. We have not used contraception for the last 6 years as we were ttc but when DD came along we were not sexually active until about 3 months later and decided then we would like another and would just see how it goes. This month we decided that we should have sex every other day to increase our chances. Unfortunately this has not been possible due to work and not seeing each other much.
I was prepared for my period next week but it arrived today, which means I only had a cycle of 24 days. In December my period lasted 11 days. I was extremely worried and went to a&e. I was send at the gynae assessment ward. I had no pain but blood tests and swabs were taken, which all came out clear. I was given tranexamic acid and only took two as they completely stopped the bleeding. In January my cycle was then 42 days. I had a scan in September 2014 as had endo symptoms and this showed a cyst on my right ovary. The scan was repeated this month as GP wanted to check where I was up to before referring me to gynae. This scan was thankfully clear so the cyst has obviously resolved.

What I am now worried about is being able to conceive. I'm not sure whether I do ovulate and if my ovarian reserve was low it still will be or may be more lower now?
I'm not sure what I'm even asking but would like to know if any has any experience about this or advice on where to go from here. Should I do ovulation testing at home and charting my temperatures? Would it be better to go back to my GP?
We are extremely grateful that we have DD and know how lucky we have been but if possible we would like another child. However, I do not want itnto start taking over my life again and I am rea starting to get anxious about it all.

Sorry this is so long. I have also posted in chat for some advice.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated

You are well beyond the stage of using temp charts and suchlike anyway given your previous gynaecological history as well and irregular periods (OPKs and the like are not helpful to use in such circumstances anyway).

Any test result over 6 months needs to be discounted; you need up to date test results for blood tests and internal ultrasounds to assess the state of your uterine cavity and ovaries. Irregular periods are often caused by hormonal imbalances; in this respect a condition called polycystic ovaries is a common culprit.

Your H should be tested as well to see if there are any male factor issues.

I think you need to go back to the GP and ask for a referral to a fertility specialist/gynae. You need ideally to see someone with a specialist interest in endometriosis.

I have just recently had an ultrasound, which was clear. I wasn't aware that temping and using opk's would be unhelpful. I wanted to determine whether or not I do ovulate. Is there a reason why this wouldn't be helpful?
I will go back to my GP to get the ball rolling again.
Thanks Atilla
