Syrian refuges in Germany busted a terrorist on the run

Two Syrians single-handedly tricked and overwhelmed a terrorist on the run who was planning an attack on a Berlin airport. to these two brave young men, who had their wits about them and handled effectively. Once they figured out that the guy they were accommodating was a wanted terrorist, they waited till he fell asleep, chafed with some mates on Facebook about the best way forward, tied him up and handed him over to German police. Absolutely amazing. Two heroes in my eyes.

Good. Civic responsibility. It was also good the German police put out a message quickly enough, via social media and in Arabic, that he was a wanted man and the Syrians were able to identify him from that.

The surveillance seems to have failed if he gave them the slip in the first place. What with the investigators alleging he had definite links to ISIS and his research into bomb making.
