I'm only guessing and perhaps my assumption makes me as bad as him, but I suspect supporting Human Rights of those affected by the troubles in NI, isn't quite the same as working for the rights of all humans.

If a load of Italian football fans were drunk and occupying a carriage on the London underground you tried to enter the carriage and they gently (at first) pushed you out, would you go back and start to argue with them?

Of course the fans behaviour wasnt good, but the black Frenchmans insistence on his 'right' to enter was hardly tactful. Did he not see that they were drunken fans? Or was he deliberately trying to provoke?

He wasnt the first person they had prevented entering the carriage. They had stopped white people too.

They were drunk and full of football fever. People get silly in such situations.
All football fans in every country are 'racist'. Its the nature of fiercely competitive sport. This is being blown out of all proportion by our anti British media and the black man is after compo.
