non-identified stains - how to remove them?

well not quite non-identified... it is DS's sick...
i usually just put it on the normal was (60*C + bio powder) and it goes away (i never soak or wash with soap before putting it into the dishwasher

so i have two white cotton bodysuits and one of my t-shirt with yellow-ish stains that could be peach-based but not 100% sure.
what can i do?
thanks

use bicarbonate of soda mixed with water into a paste to treat the stain and then soak overnight.... bicarb shifts most things , but is good for oily stains like chocolate and vomit. helps get rid of the smell too. then wash as usual.
