I've just discovered google calendars... you can put in comment on a date.. and it bloody emails you to remind you! ie, birthdays.. dentist... how amazing is that.

and if you knew about it.. why didn't you all tell me!

don't know... don't do outlook... its just emailed me to remember to give my friend the money I owe her tomorrow....
I tend to be on the computer continuously several times a day, and its easy for me to add things when I remember... I've also put birthdays on, and a reminder for 2 days before to post the card... which is something that I am terrible at...

Soulds like the Outlook thing - its fab. I put everything on - school events, dentists, when the cat needs worming, etc.
