Mnetters from the Netherlands - can you please help?

I am wondering where to get the half curtains that many Dutch homes have and also the chenille type heavy table covers.

The windows of Dutch homes are always amazing and I want to try dressing our windows in a similar way.

Can you get them in this country or can you tell me what they are called in Dutch so I can Google it?
