Happy Birthday S !

mad following on from other thread .. remember you are not respomsible for your mothers happiness ( I have a mother who used to trot out the "I wish I'd never had children" as well , but she's so bad she actually openly resents her GC as they are apparantly preventing ME with getting on with having a career (very odd role reversal crap)

Anyhoo I'm out all morning (helping out at school and then PTA stuff) so I'd better get on

Have a good morning all

Morning all.

Mothers huh! most people seem to struggle with their mothers . Mine is not so bad, but she does always leave me with the sense that I should be doing more for her . I wonder how our kids will feel about us when they are grown up?

Anyway:

shanna happy birthday .

To do
get us all out of the house!

Happy birthday Shannar Have a good day!

Am a bit fuzzy headed this morning, only just out of bed as the lo stayed with MIL last night so we went into town. Only took £40 out for both of us, bus into town for both, got a bit squiffy, takeaway on the way home & oh's fags for today and . . . we still have about £7 left in my purse!! Well impressed

Not doing a lot today, off to Rotherham shopping in a while but I need brekky first! Bloody starved, anyone would think I hadn't eaten since yesterdays brekky!!!!!

Anyways, off for food before I pass out, have a good day all xx

Oh cafe sorry to hear that . Are you being offered any help?

Mad whats going on?

Lucy - you're a cheap date !

why thank-you scatty

AoA I have just read yesterdays thread, if you haven't already freecycled your changing bags could I trouble you for one please?

Cafebistro Sorry to hear about your PND, but at least you now know what it is

OH's wages not here . . . again . . . so not going shopping & can't do my top up shopping either . Have found a useful forum though that says write a letter threatening legal action from solicitors for witholding wages, wage slips and p45 so am going to find someone who deals with employment law & write a letter for oh to sign later on.

Wandering to Netto shortly for a couple of tins to go with what we have in; beans, peas, pineapple & tomatoes. Exciting list eh!

Anyone know if Mr Oliver's Ministry of Food book is worth a browse? Seem to recall someone on here mentionin it but not sure. I was going to get it today if we got paid but may end up borrowing from library at this rate just for a look through

Right, shower is calling (has been since getting out of bed ) and then Netto.

Cafe I have been there and if can be of any help, please CAT me.

Ruby She may be preloved, but not sure anyone would want her.

Docs have chanced her antiD's and are goign to try to arrange phyc counciling, but she is just in a real state.

Have spole to Bro and SIL and we are going to get together with her on Wednesday night and try to put a plan in action.

I have rang cruise to try to get some councilling over deads death.

But..... she spoke to SIL when she was preg (Neice is same age as DS1) and siad she wasnt going to be one of those Grandma's who babysat all the time and therefore, they have not really asked her only a few times. Mum doesnt understand that it is really hurtful and that when SIL parents were mums age they would have their grandkids and enjoy them. I think her friends told her she would be dumped with the grandchildren and that is just not and never would be the case. But she is a subborn woman and can listen to it.

Hello.
I am really cold!

Happy Birthday Shannara Lucysmam That was a cheap date
TMH Hope you are ok.
Cafe Sorry to hear that. Hope you are getting all the help you need.

I have tidyed round this morning and done 2 loads of washing. TD also on. It is sunny so i should really hang some out! Probably a bit late to get this load dry anyway.

Have also done a big pile of ironing which took over an hour!

We have a mouse upstairs! Same room that dropping have previously been found in.
I put the humane trap out last night. Checked it before i went to bed and the cheeky beggar had eaten the peanut butter and managed to get back out the trap! He must think its his/her birthday.

Have re-set trap, lets hope it doesn't get out this time! I think the mouse has been up there over a year anyway!

kaplum, I am very very

But, having read through loads of the posts on the forum I found it seems to work as most people on there seem to have got their wages within days of sending threatening letter so fingers crossed!

I hope you catch the mouse, would give me the creeps having a mouse in the house!

Thanks for support everyone
I feel better having everything out in the open to be honest.
Everything came to a head yesterday when I told DP that I was leaving him . We had a long chat and it turns out he's been worried for a while. Started AD's...so we'll have to see.

Hi Ladies

I have literally just got back from hols so apologies for not reading threads I've missed....and apologies for not saying goodbye too! I didn't manage to get on the computer before we left on Monday!

Had a really good time though, but glad to be back.

Hope everyone is well

Afternoon everyone

luda glad you had a good hol!

Well, we're back to normal here with crazy little person running round like a loony!

MIL has just dropped her off & told me that J's dad sent a snipey, snide message to her phone saying £60 should be more than enough for having their kid for a month & feeding him. So I have left a snipey message back on his answering machine & am just debating what to write on FB status thingy

I am well f£$%^d off with the whole thing. My opinion of his parents has gone right down & I hope she has to stop working because no-one will have him. Just because I'm in that kind of evil mood.

Just about to do tea for the lo & then find out if Tesco do same day delivery as we desperately need food to come next Friday when we get paid but don't get paid until then, if that makes sense

Evening all

I have had a really nice bath with the boys and now they are in bed and I am all clean , although I do need to dry my hair.

I am goping to cook dinner for me and DH and then settle down to a night of Sky+'d TV.

Mum is OK, although wants to spend the day with us tomorrow and Bro is having her on Sunday.

Why have children when you have parents, sometimes it feels as though I have a teenager, woth non of the joys of being a toddler et al
