Any one have any tips on how to clean one?? Tried a portable steam cleaner today but it just seemed to spread it!!

Oh and I can't take it off, well probably could but I am lazy, because it has been screwed into the bed itself!!

I think the OP means a headboard for a bed, not a whiteboard, beetroot.

Have looked in my books that tell me everything about cleaning and nothing is listed. Sorry.

(assuming it's fabric)

what is it made of and what is the stain (yikes)??

if it's not upholstered then a flash magic eraser thing should sort it
(but the steam cleaner suggests upholstery to me)

Lol.. Yes it is fabric, thanks for the responses!!

Stains are- mucky fingerprints (kids- not mine!!) and, ewww, like greasy hair marks !!!

Will try the vanish, I am desperate to clean it up, it's gross!!

Any tips for matress cleaning- and I mean, for getting off wee ?? (Kids once again :D!!)
I would scrub as soon as accident happened, doesn't happy now- nappies well and truely on, but a couple of times didn't realise until too late!!

Thanks
