New carpets through upstairs but current vac is auction only now power rotating brush. Any good models for both?

Quite like the cordless but doubts about the power of the brush.

Ruined my last carpets using a canister as the pile became trodden down and matter in high traffic areas.

I can't seem to see a reference to a rotating power brush if so its much like the karcher one I have. I may be able to get a power head for it. I quite hate it though! It's so big and clunky!

That Zanussi doesn't have a power nozzle, it's suction only.

These are expensive but worth it. Our Sebo is 21 years old.

Thanks! I got overwhelmed with the sebo options. I've gone for a shark V680 trying it out now and will report back!

Quite pleased with this shark. It's an upright but you can lift the body off the Power head add a floor duster head and it's a canister vac. Or you can pull the handle and hose out like a dyson upright and add attachments. Or you can take the body off and it's a stick vac with a Power turbo head for stairs. This is all the things I needed. It goes from turbo brush to suction with a button on the handle. Also the auction is variable. Plus it lays almost flat and with the body/ canister part lifted off its very flat for under beds. Clever! Main think is a very powerful turbo head which works as an upright and as a 'stick' for stairs where pile is particularly vulnerable to being squashed and matted.
