Cleaning Karndean floor

I've had my Karndean kitchen floor for 5 years and the surface is textured rat her than flat. I find that despite using the routine cleaner, dirt builds up within the pitted surface and it requires a hands and knees clean using the "Remove" cleaner every few months which is very hard work. By contrast my Amtico floors in bathrooms require minimal cleaning. Does anyone else have this experience?

On this basis if you have the money I'd recommend Amtico over Karndean every time.

we have Karndean downstairs and I use a steam cleaner on it every so often and it comes up fine. Not sure if you're supposed to use a steamer but I have done for a few years and it comes up fine. It's quite scratched thou, but you can only see that if you look close. Never had Amtico so can't comment on that.

We have Karndean in the ensure. Like yours textured. The only thing that works for me is getting down on my hands and knees. Like the sound of the steam cleaner though.
