How to clean this rocking horse (rocking snail!)

Picked up one of these for a bargainous £5 from a toy stall at a fayre. It's in good condition but has a few smears and spills here are there. How should I clean it? TIA!

I would scrub at the stains with Pampers baby wipes!

Vanish carpet foam. Then sponge with damp cloth.
