A paper one? I use a Good Housekeeping sort that has a section at the back for keeping stuff. I put all the school letters in it to remind me.

mum's family calendar have done the link on phone so if it doesn't work search for mums family calendar by Sandra boynton on amazon.

It's jolly, got 5 columns so one for each us and a spare for birthdays, general stuff etc, lots of cute stickers the dc love, weekends clearly defined, nice clear numbers you can see from across the room and a pocket for bits at the bottom. Have had several and keep going back for them.

Previously had the organised mum ones that were similar but very pale and bland, plus had tiny date numbers in pale ink so you couldn't glance at it from across the room, you had to go and check up close. Haven't seen this year's design to see if it is any better, it might be. But I'm definitely a convert to the Sandra boynton one and the rest of the family like it better too.

Oh and the other thing I do which helps keep me organised is to take pictures of all important letters (school anything with dates, doctors appointments, boiler check, collect from store info snapped as a screen shot, etc etc) on my phone.

That way even if I lose the bit of paper I still have all the info with me, not just the telephone number or the date, but all the other reference info too.

It's a very useful back up to have in place!

Thanks for all your responses - that's a great idea about photographing stuff - we get some many letters home

Have you looked at OrganisedMum website? They have weekly and monthly family planners, some with pen.
