Ok Ds offered a Nursery place for September, hmm, what to do?

Will it be a bit disruptive to our routine given that he'll have terms and we don't? He'll need to be dropped off and picked up, which may impinge on our total freedom atm.
If we already know he's not going to school, do we opt for the place knowing he doesn't need preparation for school environment?
It's the same Nursery we used for Dd and it is very nice, but we're in such a different place ideologically now I'm not sure it's appropriate, that and he's learning at the same pace as Dd (5), so what is he going to do at Nursery?
Any thoughts welcomed!

You seem perfectly happy with your current arrangements so there probably isn't really an advantage to sending him to nursery.

I'd be tempted to take the place and see how he liked in.
Even though he's not going on to school, it might be a lovely experience for him in itself.
Would it have a huge impact on your current schedule? Maybe just book your DS in for one morning?

They have offered very flexible attendance, we seem to be a pilot area for the governments plans to offer schooling 8am-6pm. Is it possible to take a place but not the full 15 hours being offered? I think we'll go to the open evening and see what they say, thanks for the replies
