Quality of ELFA melamine shelves?

I can't find a shop locally that sells these to have a proper look, so I'm looking for advice from someone who has them before I take the plunge.

I want to install the twin slot hanging system in a living area (so, not a garage or out of the way place - but in full view). Is the quality of their melamine shelves nice enough to have on display? Many of the shelves I've seen in B and Q/Wickes etc look a bit rough round the edges with peeling strips or a bit yellow-y.

All the images on Pinterest/ELFA (like the attached) look lovely but I'm anxious about spending big if they are not going to be any better quality than the ones I've already seen.

Can anyone help me please? TIA
