Kitchen Blind

Nearly at the end of redecorating my kitchen. We have had it replastered and painted, new floor and new tiles.

Keeping the old cupboards (not the most modern) to keep cost down for now, ordered new handles to make them look better! Also not changed worktops.

Im struggling with what colour blind to go for! Was thinking a green as I have a green vase, and picture with green, yellow and black in which I like. But dont know if to go for plain green or something with a pattern in.

Not got any other kitchen accessories yet.

Green looks very fresh, I think, and I have just painted a living room a green/yellow. It always makes me feel relaxed.

Also:

'4. GREEN: Healthy should be the subtitle for this color. From the eco-friendly labels to the actual color of leafy antioxidant-potent vegetables, green's relaxing tone helps to stabilize emotions. It is a perfect color to paint a kitchen or dining area to keep mealtime and snacking balanced. '

Just one point - have you considered painting your cupboards? We had very similar cupboards and painted them and it made a massive difference to the kitchen.

Also, it might just the photo, but it seems a little dark. I would therefore be tempted to go for a sheer roller blind - gives privacy but doesn't block out the light like a roman blind would.
