Just been in and seen a few styles I like. Has anyone got one? What's the quality like and how was the fitting of the kitchen? Thanks

we just got one from there. the builder started fitting it today.
on the up side, they have nice styles as you say -that's what got me in there; always have a 'big' sale but also open to haggling on price. the quality is good apparently - I haven't used it yet but the builder says the cabinets are well put together, better than the howdens he usually does.
They do the hard sell, they have a polished sales patter, and push you into committing there and then with a 'bigger discount now than you will get next week'. if you can work this to your advantage great, but good to be aware of...

but, triple check the measurements! twice they came to measure and still managed to get it wrong - by 20cm in two places! he says he will sort it out and replace some units but this only came to light today, so remains to be seen...

my advice if you do go with them is to be very hands on with the design and measurements. although they call themselves ' kitchen designers' they are just salesmen with good software...

We had one fitted last year and I'm very sorry to say that it a decision we regret. We went with them as we liked the kitchen and were promised project management, but it was terribly handled. And now a year on all the cupboards, door fronts etc are out of alignment and it looks quite shoddy.
