Supermarket Sweep !!!

...Just been out for the first Supermarket sweep for DS's Uni - a good haul of stuff that I hope will bio-diograde within the next year or so....

Still have that job to do and when I suggested to DD we take a trip to Aldi, she nearly spat her tea out. Apparently she's not taking anything with an Aldi logo.....wonder how long it will be before that is her favourite shop

Won't be long I would've loved an Aldi at uni. For alcohol more than anything else!

We're not doing the supermarket sweep until we get to Bolton. DD3 is fine with Aldi now although she didn't used to be also there is a large home bargains type shop fairly near her halls.

We're waiting until we get to her uni town to do the supermarket shop. What sort of things are people buying?

So far on the list she's got:
pasta
pesto
rice noodles
soy sauce
Marmite
Nutella
peanut butter
bread
eggs

It's not looking good!
