Working nights shifts with a 5 mo

I am due back at work in about 2 months, and my job involves working four shifts a week (Monday to Sunday), each ten hours long.

The shifts include one from 15.00 until 01.30, and night shifts from 22.00 until 08.30.

Does anyone have any experience with working night shifts with a baby at home? My DD will be 8 months when I go back. How did you arrange child care?

My OH also works 7 days a week but his working hours are either 09.00 till 17.30 or 11.30 till 20.00 so no nights.
