Any chance you lovely ladies have any tips on selling points for a professional qualification? I have to put a short business case forward, I want the qualification to boost my cv but it sure that will cut it! Thanks in advance Grin

Depends on the qualification and your job.

Ah, yes, of course it would! I'm an administrator & the qualification is is equivalent to A Level. I don't think it matters hugely as my manager will fine tune but I would like it to sound convincing Wink

I'd think in terms of benefits to them:

  • Improvements in skills & knowledge to help you deliver your job

  • You will be able to bring a fresh perspective to old problems having spent time externally with others in similar role

  • It proves to your customers that your company invests in staff

And then link to their training/staff benefits promises if they have one. Also maybe the context if your training to date - ie maybe not much etc.

Good luck.
