I just got some from Lemonburst, just did a search and ordered online. Easy peasy! Also Vitamin B6 is supposed to be good for pms.

Hope you don't mind but I felt I needed to resurrect this thread! Today, after years and years of denial (and lots of prompting from DH), I have at last realised that I need to take something for PMS! Is there anyone who has tried PMS Escape? I would love your feedback on this as I am really contemplating buying some.

Have bought PMS Escape and not had to use it, bought Vitamin b6 at the same time and take 1 x100mg dose every day and so far this seems to have worked, it does not get rid of it completely but it has reduced the sysptoms drastically, for me any way. HTH

Thanks Girly. I tried B6 a few years ago but it didn't seem to do any good - perhaps I'll give it a second try. Am feeling really bad at the moment and just want to curl up and die I've got to sort this out in the next month as I'm going to go back to work and I don't think the boss would be very chuffed if I started throttling patients instead of helping them!!
