I have just moved to Greenwich and wonder if anyone can recommend a GP in the area (rather than me taking pot-luck)?

I'm going to see my Aunt on saturday (in Greenwich, obviously!) I will really really try and remember to ask her for you!

Depends whereabouts, lostinparis...if you are east of the park (ie, Maze Hill, Westcombe Park) friends spoke very highly of Vanbrugh (Hill? Park?) Practice. It's the unprepossessing modern building near the closed down hospital (where ds was born..). Have I convinced you?
If you mean LB Greenwich and are near the Standard/Blackheath, Manor Brook Practice in Brook Lane is wonderful - we were there before we moved.
How are you feeling now?

Sorry can't help, all the practises around me are closing their books. However, welcome to South East London, fancy a meetup sometime?

We are in SE9 but our Drs in is Bexley cause we live 2 doors into Greenwich so sorry can't help,

DP used to live in Forest Hill and did not have a Dr for 4 years as they had no space anywhere round there - truely appalling!!

Burney Street Clinic (near the cinema) deals with lots of parent and child stuff. The staff there might be able to recommend a good local GP.

Our old doctor in Greenwich South Street was good. I'd recommend them, though don't know who runs the practice now (it was 5 years ago we went). I can't remember the exact address, but their practice was near The Guildford Arms end of Greenwich South Street, if that's any help.
