It's 4am and I'm downstairs because every five minutes or so DH vibrates. It's like sleeping next to a giant mobile phone.

Or not sleeping.

What on earth is causing it?

He's snoring his head off too so is obviously in a deep sleep. It's happened before once or twice. He does have high blood pressure (under control) and lone Afib though not right at the moment.

He might be suffering from sleep apnea you should tell him to go to a GP. It could also be his sleeping position blocking the airway.

Have also just come downstairs - due to DH's snoring. Added to it tonight were short bursts of rapid breathing/panting. No idea what might cause vibrating but thought I'd just offer my sympathies!

I have decamped to spare room. DHs legs go all jerky when he sleeps sometimes. Vibrates the whole bed :(

That's it exactly cocoa, as if he was doing some kind of high speed jig with his legs. I'll get him to mention if to the doctor next time he goes.

Could it be epilepsy? Hopefully not, but sounds like it needs checking. Wishing you well Smile
