Pain in left side

Towards the beginning of the year, I had left side pain around ovary area. I had a scan and they didn't find anything. Pain eventually went. For the last month, I've had a similar pain in my hip area but I also have a strange feeling of pressure around my waist area. Not really pain as such just a sensation. I'm going to the doctor next week but I've been getting myself in a state because I keep thinking I've got cancer! I have health anxiety so be gentle with me! Any ideas what it could be? I sometimes get a bit constipated but have been fine for the last week. Week seems normal. No stomach pains or nausea. Thanks.
