Breathing pain

Today in class my left sode of my chest hurt when i was breathing. It has never happened before so i got kinda scared? Someone told me it was a trapped air. How do i make it stop?

Go get it checked out if you are concerned. It can be many things but most of them are not serious.

I pulled a muscle between my ribs many years ago, totally not serious but because it impacted my breathing it was pretty scary.

It wasnt major pain it was just when i inhaled.

Sounds like a stitch, was it an exercise class or had you eaten just before or rushed to get there?
