Does this sound like a thyroid issue?

I'm 30, had my ds 21 months ago. Developed terrible severe acne all over my face when he was about 1 years old. It coincided with my periods returning.
I stopped breastfeeding him at 18 months, was still they same.

Periods had a cycle, but instead of being 30 days as they had always been they were 26/27 days.

Anyway, conceived recently, no issues. Ovulating all fine. But my baby just stopped growing at 11 weeks.

I'm wondering if I perhaps have a hormonal/thyroid issue, that possibly caused it.

Does this sound like a possibility?
