So the last month or so I'd say Ive slowly been loosing my appetite and when I do eat have become bloated 2 the point of looking a few months pregnant! Must mention the doctor diagnosed me with ibs a few years ago but haven't had a flare up for a long time!! Also I've been getting bad tummy cramps and feeling light headed even when I have eaten! I'm constipated most of the time too and keep needing to go to the toilet for a wee a lot more than normal! Should I put this down to my ibs or something more? People have started to comment on me not eating or not eating much which I hadn't noticed I'd skipped the odd breakfast here and there and not eating much because it hurts my tummy!!

Maybe best to go see your gp to put your mind at ease. Hope you feel better soon and manage to get it sorted.

Yes mums kind of plod along worrying about everyone else and ignoring themselves. Phone gp in the morning and just get it over with. It will stop you worrying (and probably doctor google).

It does sound like IBS yes. I have IBD but between flares have IBS (lucky, lucky me!) and I need to pee constantly - the constant cramping from IBS causes bladder irritation which is quite common. If you are very constipated; the build up of gas and toxins can cause cracking headaches and light headed news, and make you feel really lethargic.

I'd definitely go to the GP and ask for some meds to help. You have my sympathy!

Hope you feel better soon

Oh no sounds like your really going through it!! I also suffer with headaches but didn't link that to ibs!! I just remember the meds that the doctor gave before only used to help for a couple of weeks and then stop! Any suggestions on what I could ask him for?
