Yes, you can.

My children had a hideous bug before Christmas and a couple of times I was dosing them for part of it at 2-hourly intervals (alternating Calpol/Ibuprofen). So, maximum dose of both. It's fine.

My DD has come out with the snottiest nose in history this week ! It's horrid, she keeps wiping it on my shoulder and boobs....
Good luck and fingers crossed our LO's get better very soon xx

Neurofen and calpol can be mixed as neurofen does not contain any paracetamol and vise versa calpol does not contain ibuprofen. Hope this helps and that she's feeling better soon. My dd had a very high temp this week too. Make sure as well that you don't wrap your lo up too much as it will only make her temp go up. 1 layer of clothing indoors is plenty.

As others have said you can use nurofen and clapol. But have you discovered Medised? It's paracetomol based - so you use it instead of Clapol, and it also has an ani-histamine that dries up snot and helps sleep.

prufrock is right, medised is great for when they have colds, and lots of snot, etc. I gace my mindees mum a bottle as she was saying he ahdn't slept very well. She was singing its praises the next day. MY DS are almost 9 and 7, and i still use it

oh I know I had medised last time she was really snotty and it was great but only seem to be able to find it at the big tesco 17 miles away and the weather is awful, I'm having spd trouble again and I had calpol and nurofen so I didn't go and get some
