iv been feeling a cool sensation like cold liquid running through my veins , arms and legs mainly , when i move about then sit down , feels most odd , i get cold hands and feet also at times , then if im busy hovering or get hot i get this like heat rash or hives on my side stomach and up my back ...once i strip off it goes when i get cool ....any ideas ? then last night i woke in bed hot flushes ....had to fling covers off to get cool again ...

i saw my doctor yesterday , mentioned the cool feeling she didnt say a great deal , just that could just be my anxiety , i forgot about the rash as only happened a few times , my blood test FBC and ferritin all came back normal ..

could it be a virus ?
iam allergic to asprin , i get ataceria when i take that im also alergic to rubber , have had reaction to gloves in the past ...

If the rash goes when you take your top off then perhaps it is just a heat rash. If you mentioned it to the doctor and she wasn't concerned about it, then perhaps it is your anxiety taking over.

I had a sensation of cold water being poured over my neck and head and was also very anxious. Turned out to be under active thyroid causing all of this and more.

That sounds very much like an anxiety response, it is amazing what physical sensations it can produce. I speak from experience.

Is your anxiety being treated?

thanks , iv just started some CBT last week so hopeful will help , iv been so bad these past weeks counting down blood tests and experiencing various symptoms ,in total panic , some of which have gone since i got blood test results , (all were normal )
thinking if something bad blood tests would have picked it up ...

the rash is def a heat rash i think , maybe coupled with onset of period , got first rash out break tuesday after sweating cleaning my house flat out , took top off to find this red blotchy rash all over my tummy creeping up my back , i stripped off and it went within 20 min once id cooled down ...

then yesterday i got it again , not as bad but same place .... i again cooled myself down and it went ,
period came thursday , eased off today and last 2 nights been quite sweaty ...persuming hormone related ..

just wondered if anyone had similar? or any ideas .. ? trying not to get anx about it and start cycle again ...

ok the liquid feeling has eased a little , but im sooo tired all the time , and when im busy my body temp rises and i get a hot wave of adrenalin or lactic acid feeling through my body and a hot flush ...hands all hot like body ,then heat rash can appear ... so i stop , then i cool down feel cold with cold hands and feet , feel a bit shaky to ...

i think this is more than anxiety ...

but bloods all normal ...
