When going up and down the stairs, which I do a lot with having young children. Also in the last few weeks when I lie down and when getting back up my left hip feels sore deep inside it! Anyone else have similar symptoms and if so how do you relieve them,I'm 42.

My wife had the same. She is using MEDICOVI Twin-heels water filled orthopedic insoles //www.medicovi.com It's a new type of orthopedic from Scandinavia, Denmark. She has been using theese for months now and I’ve just bought a pair for myself. I’ve always suffered from pain in my feet, especially around the heels. Since owning these my life has literally changed. I can now walk with a smile on face. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Cheers

...or you could go to the doctor and ask for a physio referral. Knee pain when going downstairs can indicate patella tracking problems which can be solved with exercise.

giving you the benefit of the doubt that you aren't both spammers - which looks more and more like it as I read the posts...

Dear specialsubject why do you accuse me of being spammer?! New here and wanted to post to share my experience... Sorry!

To Notthinghill1: no probs, hope it will help you. As I said the Medicovi orthopedic insoles helped both me and my wife a lot. Cheers

Nottinghill1: Both me and my wife have started walking bare feet at least once a week for a couple of hours and that also gives a good pain relief. Cheers

That website is full of non-science and really badly written - it just shouts that the product is a con. 'water balance' indeed! Your post is written in the style of someone who doesn't want to pay for advertising.

but if you are mentioning this product in all innocence, I apologise for doubting you.

OP - go to the doctor, please. You won't get spare knees.

Mr. specialsubject: What matters to me is that PAIN RELIEF WAS ACHIEVED :-)

Good for you and glad to hear it.

still doesn't negate the non-science on the website. Placebo is a proven scientific effect, although I probably shouldn't tell you that.

BTW - I am female. Women know science too.

Dear Mrs special subject: Well they seem to have the science part covered as well.. Or are you underestimating your Danish colleagues?
