tremors

can they be innocent tremors? my hands started shaking last night, and wobbled a lot, i dropped my cup of tea. not sure if its tremors or spasms.

Misdee {{{Hugs}}} I hope your ok hon, I know from my lurking you've been under a lot of stress recently with Peters move home (hope that's all going ok) I'm sure its nothing, how often is it happening tho?

not very often, has been happening every few months for a few years, but not had any for ages. its just my hands.
