DD fell a week ago on a synthetic carpet and gave herself a burn. It weeped initially then began to scab over but hasn't healed at all, the cycle of weeping and scabbing just continues. If I put a dressing on it it just weeps through it but if I leave it uncovered it weeps into bedding, sofa etc.
She isn't picking it and it is causing her some pain.
Is there anything I should do?
