Pain in back when breathing deeply?!?

So I thought I had just slept funny when I woke up with a niggling feeling in my back- Just below my left shoulder blade

But that was a few days ago and if anything its got worse. It now hurts when I breathe deeply and if I bend down to pick anything up off the floor. Ibuprofen is helping. but it's agony in bed, I just can't roll over!

Do you think I've just pulled something? or should I get it checked out?

Have you had a chest infection recently? Do you smoke?
Best see a GP about this to rule out pleurisy.
