Hi
I don't usually get migraines, but last night I had an awful headache and a feeling all over my body sort of weakness. I couldn't stand light, or to look at screens, and went to bed, feeling sick/ heaving. Then I woke up after 2 hours, vomiting until I couldn't even drink water. I had an upset tummy too (without much warning, couldn't get to the loo in time once, though I think was exhaustion by that point). By the end, I couldn't keep down water. Today, I was so tired, I skipped a lecture and slept instead. I was up and about with DD, and did a bit of reading. Even as I was sleeping, halfway between sleeping and being awake, I still had a headache. Couldn't concentrate much either. I managed to eat a little bit of toast and fruit though. And drink rehydration drinks and fruit juice. Just wondering if this was actually a migraine, or a bug instead? I thought it might have been due to stress. I'm a final year student with a lot of work to do in a very short space of time!
